Originally submitted 2005. Directions from the intersection of PA-366 and PA-52, New Kensington, PA: Head north on PA-366 W for 0.7 mi; Turn right onto Leechburg Rd for 0.3 mi; Turn right onto Illinois Dr for 0.1 mi; Turn left onto Edward St for 279 ft; climb a slight hill on the left to access the cemetery.
Cemetery was built on land originally owned by the Ross Family, and was established ca. 1849 as the cemetery for the St. James' Lutheran Church. The church later disbanded, and the cemetery reverted to the Ross family.
