To reach Oxford Cemetery take US Highway 160 east from Durango for several miles until you reach the intersection of CO Highway 172 and then take 172 south for about 6 miles and you will be at Oxford. There is just a little store there. Turn south onto County Road 311 for about a mile and a half. There will be a little hill and as you near the top there will be a dirt/gravel road that turns to the east and forks right after it goes thru a fence. There is no sign of any type. Take that gravel road and go either way on the "Y." The cemetery is pretty much hidden in the cedar and juniper trees and the graves are between the trees
