To reach the Powderhorn (AKA Cebolla) Cemetery take County Road 27 south from State Highway 149 for about exactly 5 miles. There will be a farmhouse on the west side of the road and a metal swinging gate on the East side. Go through the gate on the gravel road and follow it to the top of the hill and you will be at the cemetery. You can barely see it at the top of the hill from the county road even if looking carefully.
