Yankee Hill Cemetery

Transcription completed on February 4, 2007. Cemetery is on private property 
that at the time of the transcription was for sale. Cemetery serves residents of 
the local area and remains active. There are a number of unmarked graves. To
locate the cemetery travel East on Highway 70 passed the city of Oroville. Take 
the second Yankee Hill Rd turn off to the right. The road is paved but narrow. 
Go 3/10 mile and look for the cemetery sign on the road at the dirt driveway on 
the right. Take the drive up the hill 200 feet past a doublewide mobile home on 
the left. If the gate is open you can park within the cemetery grounds. There 
are no services, water or electricity at the cemetery.
