Transcription completed on February 4, 2007. Cemetery is on private property
next to a private residence. This is a private family cemetery however the gate
remains unlocked. There are marked as well as unmarked graves. To locate the
cemetery travel East on Highway 70 pass the city of Oroville. Take the first Yankee
Hill Rd turn off to the right. The road is single track gravel and climbs the hillside.
Go about 4/10 mile and at the intersection of Yankee Hill and Red Top roads on the
right is the cemetery just pass the private residence on the knoll. There are no
