From Monticello, go south on Main St, turn left (east) onto CR 1816 (CR 36, Midway Route). Go 3 or 4 miles to intersections of Wilson Mill Rd (CR 20) & CR 23 (Scrouge Out Rd). Cemetery is on the left between the two.
